Delay Time
Once a website is purchased it may take some time before the domain is officialy registered, therefore can lead to a delay of time before being able to use your official domain email addresses, or official domain. Once a website is purchased the website will be viewable on a temporary URL, until the domain becomes available.
Contract Period
The initial contract will run for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After the 12 month period has expired you are eligible to purchase an additional license. Additional license costs are set out in the pricing page which is displayed at all times.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products. All our products are property of Easy3StepSites, and are provided without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Domain Ownership
When purchasing a domain from Easy3StepSites, you the customer remain the owner of the domain at all times, and may transfer or change the details of the domain at any time. Please be aware that because a domain is available at time of purchase, it is not guaranteed you will be able to buy that domain. In some cases the domain will be reviewed prior to purchase.
Pricing
All prices listed on Easy3StepSites.com are in Australian dollars AUD. Easy3StepSites.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices are at all times dispayed on the website.
Website Usage
Each website purchased from Easy3StepSites is allowed a maximum of 600 Megabytes in bandwidth per month. In the event that a website exceeds their maximum bandwidth in any month additional charges will apply. Additional charges are set at a rate of $0.15c for each megabyte over the allowed limit.
Installation
Installation of your website is included in the purchase price by Easy3StepSites.com
Refund Policy
Since Easy3StepSites.com is offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds in excess of 24 hours after the product is purchased, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product on our site. In the event you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, the full fee will be refunded minus a $30 administration fee.
